from my limited, but fairly intense experience looking at these announcement situations, it seems that the "anticipation price" of a stock can approximate 1/3 to 1/2 of its "critical mass" price in the thick of news and full market participation. NAVR's anticipation price is clearly in the 15-17 range, DBCC's was in the 17-22 range, and PRFM's has been in the 6 1/2-8 range. even though PRFM isnt ipo-related, i think the psychology and market participation dynamics are the same. we are all very close to this stock, millions of others arent, and wont buy until it moves, until they read the news, or see the rise after monday. i plan on capturing enough of the rise not only from the early-in people, but also from the late buyers who inevitably react and buy after the news.

i do not think we will see an MZON, SKYM-type rise, but IMO a double from here is just a matter of a few days time.

best of luck all....jeer

IPO

With as much teasing that is going on with the password/testing site that PRFM has now, this baby could be like a Internet IPO when they announce the alliance deals and the final announcement of site.

Let's just hope the Inets stay positive!!!

Matt

P.S. The big boys (brokers) are just now noticing. My dad's broker bought him "several" shares. So that is definitely a plus.
