Sean, The Transfer Agent is Oxford in Portland, Oregon. Call Leslie, he will be more than happy to give you the written authorization to acquire the basic information that a investor needs ie. O/S shares and shares in the float. He has denied this to his owners(shareholders) in the past, maybe ol Les has become more investor friendly as ADOT misses deadline after deadline. Leslie did tell me in our last phone conversation "that nobody will get authorization to discover the O/S or Float". He really is a charming guy. Sean, I am only trying to warn you of what you are dealing with here. I doubt if ADOT allows Leslie to talk to investors anymore but if they do, well, be prepared. Post #2404 explains my warning.
