Appeals court opens Gates testimony

The U.S. Court of Appeals on Friday rejected an effort by Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq:MSFT) to keep CEO Bill Gates' testimony secret.
The court affirmed an earlier decision in the Justice Department's antitrust case, which held that the public had a right to attend the
pre-trial deposition by Gates and other company officials. Gates' deposition was taken last summer and taped portions have been played in court,
but not all 20 hours have been made public. For more, see ZDNN's Special Report, MS vs. DOJ -- Reuters
