Dear Jan,
No I do not if you are referring to potential short positions on BB issues. As they are illegal in the Great USA, it is very difficult to determine. What is done sometimes on a BB issue if there is an inkling of a serious amount of shorting (and hence effecting the upward price potential ) is that a certificate call is
done, can either be initiated by the Company itself who may offer an incentive to do so, or by shareholders who rally together. The only thing that would be a guarentee to eliminate of "current" shorts is to change the exchange one is listed on and/or change the CUSIP #. I have been told that Brokerages more often then not do not actually have the shares you own in their possession, that they are in fact paid by MMs not to on a monthly basis, as this allows the very same shares to be traded when in fact they do not exist. This is a very interesting subject and it is worth looking into further to understand how the markets work IMHO. For clarification I do not think that we have any kind of short position on WCTI.
