Yes, I found it. Now this is quite interesting. Well it is pretty clear that they will not turn cash flow positive anytime soon. -g- It will be quite interesting to see what the conversion terms are. I would like to hear the real logic for selecting debt as opposed to equity. I think I know the answer.
