DNB .. this might be the reason some are getting on board in this RRSP season.... who really knows.. don't show a short history and light offers right up to 1.40 .. DD's two main divisions are now pursuing a significant number of new initiatives and potential contracts in various sectors, including vessel traffic services (VTS), air traffic management (ATM), intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and remote data management (RDM).
