LOS ANGELES, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Football Network, TFN (OTC Bulletin Board: TFNK) announced today an agreement that joins TFN, America's first and only cable television network totally dedicated to Football and www.NFLfans.com, the Internet's most extensive website run by the fans and for the fans. TFN President Jantonio Turner said, "TFN is more than just a TV Network and we have a business strategy of integration into the internet to take advantage of the enormous opportunities in E-commerce, Interactive Programming, and Internet Community Development.

The agreement calls for a cooperative cross-marketing and merchandising agreement to provide football products to the eager fan waiting to embrace their new apparel or memorabilia.
