Mike, if I were really convinced that there were no problems with financing, I would buy NOW. However, I have been misled and misinformed by too many small-cap companies. I will give Cameron a call.

Mike, I spoke to Cameron. The company is still talking to SEVERAL interested parties. I interpret that to mean that we aren't too close to closing a deal. Also, the Feb. 8th deadline could be extended. If we came to crunch time, we have several alternatives such as selling the Prescott building and leasing it back. This suggests that we should be able to avoid foreclosure if the bond issue falls through. My uninformed opinion is that we have a 50/50 chance that we will not close the bond issue by Feb.8th. Later? Possibly. Maybe 60%.
Still hopeful, but VERY cautious.
