Hi, Just got back on line. Can anyone tell me how much PREFERRED STOCK is issued? If there are 95.8 million issued on the common with the max out of 100 million. How many of the 50,000,000 Preferred shares have they issued todate??? That may hold the key to some of the present action as the Preferred shares could wipe out the common as they come first in any share buying. Also is there a list someplace on a Web Site that tells investors what the current totals are for holdings? I know the Gold and Copper Projects of the past and Indonesia Gold Project with Ecuador Oil went off the balance sheet yet it would be nice to see a current up-to-date list of what is in the holding account at this time. One Metroplus, a old Cisco Dome gas program (rumored to be removed) just is not IMO enough to warrant the .12 cents over 95.8 million shares that is talked about.

If anyone can give me more supporting documents on this it would help me and any new investor who is thinking of NPEC long term. That IMO is much better than a quick up and down play. LOOKING FOR SECURITY FOR MY INVESTMENT DOLLARS...
