I thought some new financing would be needed.

At the rate this company is burning cash, that's quite an understatement.

Can't wait to learn the conversion price. Any guesses? Be a hoot if it was something that was truly in line with this company's real value, say $20 or so.

At this point (Mr. Bezos' protestations that he cares not for his company's market cap notwithstanding), it is hard to receive any news from this company without the highest level of cynicism.

The analysts will need to go back and recalculate the break-even point for Amazon - this
new fincial structure will kick profitability back a bit more.

Rob,

It is still my opinion that profitability will never occur.

The fundamentals are following the path that I stated last February perfectly. I take credit for not missing one aspect of the fundamentals although have no understanding of the stock price.
