I've ordered a lot from them lately. Four new computers for my business, other hardware and software products in the last six months and have not had any problems whatsoever. And it's the first time I've ever bought whole computers via mail order because in the past I've always found better deals locally, but PCCC has some excellent deals. Shipping hardware coast-to-coast was a concern but everything has arrived OK. I ordered another system last week which is supposed to be here tomorrow, we'll see what happens. RK
