I'm beginning to be dissuaded from the Pump and Dump angle. New Chief Executive...bought a lot of advice....bought a lot of backing for when the time came....he's had 12 months now, has to be ready with the heavy acquisition types he's been paying...look up the SEC filings...pretty impressive consultants, even tho' he paid with shares....Only 1 1/2 million in the float, so if they are not dumping this time demand will outstrip supply.....the test limit for the dump is a high of 1.30 to 1.5 because nothing has changed since last time. JMOH The IrishOilMan!!
