volume is low and the price swings are very erratic. We may stabilize at 26-27 before going higher. Remember a lot of people got into the stock this week and are taking profits.

Dear Chris,
Its called a shake out IMHO. Buyers are quietly buying their shares at the same time have little desire to drive the price up too high, those with shorter timeframes get antsy and sell off. This is a wonderful time for longs the net result is that consolidation takes place as shares are put in stronger hands.,, L & $ WCTI,, Barbara
