Bernard,

My layman take on RIMM royalty would be, no. Isn't the RIMM simply the RDRAM packaged in a module? If this is the case then the DRAM manu pays the royalty and the module maker is simply packaging it for the OEM's, therefore no payment of royalty. But I could be totally wrong. Good Q.
