Anthony, opinion on COVD? COVAD is a provider of xDSL (hi-speed connections to the home) which co-locates in PacBell's substations in the SF Bay area. They just went public 4 days ago and ran up to 50+. Sinking slowly today.

Also, VRIO (Verio) which is an ISP/hosting service. I used them for years and thought they sucked. Slow, terrible accounting controls. Their business model is to acquire ISPs and call themselves a "backbone provider". They are constantly in the mode of trying to integrate new acquisitions and making apologies for why the mail is down or why they are relocating the servers. They are in the high 20's right now.

P.S. Do you have to use a cash account for all new issues? (Dreyfus refused my short request on COVD in the margin account.)
