Doug, thanks for the info. I'll never buy stock in another company with the word "China" in it. I've bought into two of them and both were scams. One had earnings report filed with SEC which showed .47 earning per share. What a lie. Within 6 months the company was never heard of again except in chat rooms. In both companies, they came out with a barrage of news, raked in the dough and ran back to china or hong kong never to be heard of again, except in rumors of other scams they have going. CINDE was one of them. I still post on that board just to keep it open. L Luck to you. Terry
