Thanks Randy - The HMSC delisting was discussed about a month ago on the Yahoo thread and I think the consensus was that the reason they hadn't been delisted by the January 14 deadline was because something was in the works for the famous "shell" game. That's all. I sold way too early yesterday, but I'm like Melinda and can't hang out at a terminal for very long. I shouldn't even touch stocks like HMSC in my situation. That's why I like this thread and stocks like PRFM. Dave
