Well, you can't blame DD for the unknown PP. He's been asking about it. I've been trying myself too, but to no avail. TSIG's Paul Henry didn't return my call. I've requested a copy from the SEC, but haven't heard from them. Maybe, it was never filed?
IMO, DD's motives are the same as everyone else's i.e. to make a buck and if you look at his guess for the contest even he was overly optimistic ( barring some major turnaround in the next day or two ) on TSIG's stock price action.

DD unquestionably has unsavory motives in regard to TSIG. His name reflects the location of his mind--in the dirt.

However, it is time for the company to make clear the terms of the PP and end all this speculation. If it has indeed been filed with the SEC as they claim (which I have no reason to doubt), then it is public and the company should make it available to shareholders.
