Hello Everyone Has anyone here tried the Bean and if so have you been succesful at getting it too work? I am a shareholder and desperatley want to see this thing work and have put in a few hours to get it but to date no success. How many people feel the average customer is going to download a java add on (that takes 20-30 minutes to download) just to get a program that they have heard nothing about to get a live customer service rep? Why has SYD not focused on the HTML version first ? Internet users want things fast/right now..that is why they are on the internet..patiance is not a virtue on the internet. hoping for the best but fearing the worst Gary
