Barb: Does the Probably will take about 6 months. come from you or Don? The reason I ask is there is no way it takes 6 months to execute a form 10SB for a single entity operation such as TSIS. If this was to be a priority as stated, it should not take beyond 3 months. There is no question the filing can be reasonably complex, but there are many models and templates to simplify the task. The largest issue may be the level of disclosure required for the filing concerning the trading activities. What was presented in the recent audit report will likely not be adequate. jmt
