My numbers came directly from Mark Schwartz (212) 896-1220 Investor Relations.

My broker also confirmed the float through S&P.
He said it was nice and low..>BG<

My opinion is that whether the float is 3.75M or 1.9M doesn't really matter - both of those numbers are low enough if it turns out that there is a feeding frenzy for the shares over the next few days.
