Perhaps. What annoys me today is that Raphael said they saw this coming 3 years ago. It would have been nice if they had told the shareholders who paid $12, or maybe even the idiots like me who paid $2 and didn't sell enough (all) of it. It is clear from the insider trading at the time that they knew. Also they were not accepting any questions from "private investors" on today's conference call. In view of the statement that they had all their staffing needs in place, I was going to ask what if any changes were going to be made in the (incompetent) Board of Directors ultimately responsible for this mess.
