RE: DELL LEAPS

Can someone tell me when the options exchanges plan to bring out the 01 DELL LEAPS for strikes that are upto 25% out (following the guidelines)? Or are they too afraid to lose money (and who can blame them - selling LEAPS calls on DELL is plain suicide)? I can see the Y2K 105 and 110 strike LEAPS (even these are not 25% out) but no 01 ones for the corresponding strikes - now do they expect DELL to be flat-to-down in Y2K or what!? No leverage at all here. I hope DELL goes to 110+ by earnings (so that the excanges are forced to open up the 120 '01s at least, may be the 125s as well) and then have a healthy drop (30% or so would be much appreciated) so that a few true OTM LEAPS calls with leverage become available.

Fondly hoping,
-Apratim.
