Note that Schrock says that negotiations with Time Warner are still on and whether TW has equity participation is part of it: EP's statements the other day that they are discussing with a number of possible content-providers in addition to TW could be part of the negotiating strategy. Clearly, they consider "communications" to be the last big piece of the AV-product jigsaw.
