Heyy MD, A reverse split is highly unlikely at this juncture as they just asked for and received approval for the doubling of authorized shares to 50mil back in December. At the time when shareholders inquired pre-vote, MS and others had said the primary intention was to use these additional shares for M & A. As all but a few million of the original 25 million have been used for other things, it has been presumed to float the Company during development as well as incentives to employees, the authorization to issue additional shares was needed regardless of what is done with them.
