The deal that TTP announced today is the type that XOMA should use. I don't agree with these convertible deals, deals that screw the little investors.

If Xoma finances with a floorless convertible I plan to SHORT, SHORT, SHORT. If everyone else did the same, maybe we could push the stock to $ 7/8. That should be wakeup call.
