Analysts upgrades.. ERICY/SEBL.. I would most definitely hold ERICY already 76 big blocks went through today and the day just started. SEBL has been lovely for 7 trading sessions after having a lackluster beginning in January. SEBL is one of my favorite stocks. Its exploding to the upside and obviously in a strong uptrend. The high was 39 3/8 which it easily smashed this morning. I do expect an upgrade, but that is something no one really knows for sure. SCUR was downgraded but that is after a 400% run up for the year... AWRE was even upgraded and that had 1,000% run up. I would not close my entire long position in SEBL but I would want to lock in some sort of profit.

SEBL with 27 big blocks so far today has an enormous institutional interest and is right up there among the 25 best where I usually find SEBL. RFMD another ex-earnings play that I enjoyed has been on a tremendous run since it was an earnings play and was upgraded more than once. SEBL can and probably will be upgraded. I don't expect it to be downgraded on valuation, but there is manipulation of that sort of thing and never any guarantees. Maybe you should lock into some profits and sell half or 1/3 of your position.

Whenever the market is up there is a euphoria that things are great and people buy and buy, but that's when the contrarian bide their time and wait for the inevitable corrections that follow from buying high. I'm not saying they are waiting to short SEBL but I would assume others are thinking about profits.

Institutions that Upped their stake in ERICY September:
Smith Barney Investment Advisors to 11,009,241 from 9,039,109 +1,970,132 +21.8%
Lowered their stake in SEBL but they lost out big time:
Husic Capital Management to 696,950 from 1,228,500 -531,550 -43.3% 0.8% 09/30/98
