OK, how about trying to get the info from the SEC? If it's public, you should be able to find it. I haven't been able to, but maybe you're smarter than me.

They have an investor relation person which handles this kind of distraction. It seems like TSIG has been stonewalling the release of the terms. Maybe they don't think it's worth the trouble to give out the information because so few investors have asked about it. On the other hand, if more of us let TSIG know of our wishes, then they will be more willing to take the extra effort to inform us of the terms instead of giving the few who asked the run-around saying that is filed with the SEC already and we should look it up. As for myself, I've emailed their investor office and will let people know of any reply I receive. tfk
