NOVELL RELEASES NDS FOR NT 2.0 JAN 28, 1999, M2 Communications - Novell has launched NDS for NT 2.0, a directory solution for managing Microsoft NT servers and applications in mixed networks. NDS is designed to offer simplified network administration, by providing a single point of administration and a single user login. It is available as two licensing components -- US$26 per user and US$695 per NT replica/server. NetWare 4.x and NetWare 5 customers can download the NT replica/server free for each NetWare server license they already have and NDS for NT 1.0 customers can obtain free user connection licenses for each user license they currently have.
