This company is a major disappointment. I don't buy their arguements that they took all they could in the way of restructuring. They let the accountants push them around. How do you take a restructuring charge /inventory writedown and then make a comment in the press relaese that the first half of 1999 will be adversly effected because they will have some high cost inventory running through operations and the fab will be 1/3 utilized?? The answer is you don't! If you have any questions about the company, you should direct them to PWCoopers, as they are running the $%&*%^$ company!! I cannot and will not waste anymore of my time with this company. This stock is off my radar. Don't expect anymore responses from me on this thread. Good luck to those of you who stay with this company - you will need it.
