I doubt if the MM is personally shorting this stock, could be but more likely a client. Is there one certain MM doing the shorting? Getting the S.E.C. to do anything about it is very unlikely. The only way the shorter will leave is with the announcement of good news that will push the price up and force the guy to cover.

Of course we could all place our shares in safe-keeping, the Co. could call in all certs. and do a small reverse.
