Jim, why would NXTL consider dumping $8 billion in infrastructure to CDMA when CDMA doesn't have direct connect? You're assuming that iDEN won't keep up with technology changes and/or that scientific breakthroughs will increase iDEN/TDMA capacity beyond its current levels. Please elucidate on why anyone would spend megabuck$ and then switch technologies as I'd like to hear a reasoned explanation why that would even be considered in the near term. 5-10 years from now? Maybe but I'll bet that ALL the current technologies will be obsolete in 2010 so who knows what the next incarnation of wireless technology will look like. Arnie, never given to tirades on inquiries from serious questioners (Others, yes!)
