Re: AXC Options

Options listing requirements are established by the CBOE; the public company itself has no direct role in securing an options listing. There are about 5 or 6 CBOE requirements, including float size, stock price, and minimum trading volume over a period of time. I'd say we could now be close to meeting these requirements.

One can call the CBOE (1-800-OPTIONS) to *request* that AXC options be re-initiated. This *makes a difference* and will greatly speed things up, assuming that requirements are met. (Ask for the research department, very helpful and professional.) From the time that AXC meets the CBOE's requirements, figure it will take 8 weeks to "designate" a primary market maker, coordinate with other exchanges if there is multiple interest, and schedule the commencement of trading.
