They could be crazy Albanians, Latvians, or Scots for all I know - but if they are shorting then they are NUTS.

I can tell you that this Crazy Canuk is going to go out shopping for the champagne party pretty soon. The Y2K New Years bash will be nothing compared to the one we are going to have when this baby comes of age.

(P.S. Wow, does this ever sound like hype, sorry about that - now what type of champagne do I want? Hmmmm . . . )
