Diamond, EFII went into the tank in 4Q97, when the $400 machines that can fax,print and copy hity the market. Their high end servers were about $30000 at the time and sales just dried up. Prior to that they were going up on earnings at 47% a year.

They then posted a loss in 4Q 97 and stock went from 51 to 14 in 4 weeks.

Looks like they have come back with a low end line and earnings started recovering last year in 3Q. Forcast is for $1.20 for 99.
