This was in a very recent article. Next year could be very interesting if there is an instant replay.

"It also matches the mark two weeks ago when Baker Hughes reported Oklahoma drilling activity fell to as low as 65 rigs for the first time since June 1972. That was about a year before the 1973 Arab Oil Embargo raised public awareness of the country's vulnerability to oil supply disruptions. Since then, U.S. imports of foreign petroleum have risen from about 35 percent of supply to about 55 percent."

Thats right Geiche, Most, if not all, of the weak, fearful holders have been shaken out...They have gone elsewhere..frustrated and depressed...They will now jump into Techs and Internet...only to lose again...because thats how they operate, they buy high, sell low....while I feel sorry for them...Look at it this way..If they don't sell and drive the price down...how will good folks like you and me find bargains to buy...If not I would have a lot of funds tied up in cash..So when they dumped on LLY, XMCM,WLA,BMCS,UAL,etc. scared out of their wits...I stepped in...now I sell back to those who feel "more brave" to buy at the higher price...I think they call it "a turnaround"..thats right, they only buy after the stock has turned around and gone up, then gone up some more, then they buy...well..by the time they are ready to buy, Geiche , we must be ready to sell...And once you do that with all sectors, not only OS...then you will do well...but as I said before, you must diversify...Platter
