Yo -- the thesis is simple. The talk is now that there will be winners and losers. The market needs and will contemplate a suitable loser. AMZN is no longer looking strong within the net group. It is being separated from the pack -- a dangerous place to be at this time. It fails to rally on a big day, after showing consistent weakness for some time. Yesterday, traders like Gary Wisdom were 'lowering their cost basis' as they like to say (with Grandma's money -- maybe we can introduce him to the LA reporter). Today they have a new opportunity to do the same at a lower price. Tomorrow they will have an even bigger opportunity. The stock is going down.

The real question is will it come back? I am saying, maybe not. Some are saying, sure, it will bounce off support somewhere between 50 and 70. But by then (very soon) this company will be branded as 'dog'. Talk of possible bankruptcy will spread into the media. This is the 'dog of the nets'. Cats bounce. Dogs don't.
