MMV, Except for a happy stint in UNH, I have always hated HMOs, but I think they are cheap enough for an eyeballing. IMHO, they are not cheap enough for a straight buy. But, for a long HMO/Short drug co. paired trade or two, they are starting to set up nicely.

If you paid attention to Greenie in his last speech during Q&A, he told us that rich people will get good treatment and poor people will get aspirin. -ggg- FWIW I think the healthcare reits are the best buy.

MMV, the inflation in health care costs will be factored out by saying the quality of healthcare has risen. They pull many tricks to keep the cpi low . Mike
