Benny, Thanks for your opinion. Maybe what I am missing is the obvious? Could MRVC, having financed New Access, and being "heavily involved with New Access" found a way to insure keeping control of this technology because it is a private company and may intend to remain private unless or until they can not provide the financial resources to fully develop and properly market it? (Assuming a lot about their marketing expertise) :-( This scenario would (maybe) keep MRVC shareholders quiet by having MRV components in MetroFusion which would obviously increase component sales yet again, not have to answer to shareholders? Just a thought. John Would this be a sort of dirty pool?
