Benny,
Thanks for your opinion.
Maybe what I am missing is the obvious?

Could MRVC, having financed New Access, and being "heavily involved with New Access" found a way to insure keeping control of this technology because it is a
private company and may intend to remain private unless or until they can not provide the financial resources
to fully develop and properly market it? (Assuming a lot about their marketing expertise) :-(
This scenario would (maybe) keep MRVC shareholders quiet by having MRV components in MetroFusion which would obviously increase component
sales yet again, not have to answer to shareholders?
Just a thought.

John
Would this be a sort of dirty pool?

Benny, MRVC DOES own part of NewAccess. My info for this post came from them, not MRVC.

P.S.

In thinking about this, I'm sure NewAccess will use all MRV Fiber Components in it's products, which will then go to NBase-Xyplex and others as finished products.

MRVC thus benefits thru increased MRV sales, use of the technology AND investment growth as NewAccess grows.
