I listened and wasn't impressed. First Vantive MISSED street estimates, only making them because they used a 25% tax rate in the quarter. Second, it looks like domestic license revenues were down significantly on a year over year basis and down sequentially. Third, I don't hear much about their success in the U.S. I've heard a lot about them coming in second on numerous deals. The accounting issue is pretty much a minor accounting only change, that's not causing the weakness. The stock bounced because it's cheap and there is a chance VNTV will recover the way Clarify has. I think I'll sell my calls. TD
