Seems we hear this often lately. Too bad but I am sure he's well into critical mass. It will be our loss but if he thinks a monthly news letter will be worth anything I think he's fooling himself. The radio is where he gets subscribers and the advertisements without the show won't impress anyone. Can you imagine referring to a month old news letter during late Sep and early Oct when the market was tanking?

Bob was on the radio calming people, explaining why we weren't in a bear market, that was a weekly thing and it needed to be. 13 years is a long time for a show to be around. I say he should take more time off, do the show less but still do the show.

Rande, as I am sure you know, Brinker is not
going to be on the radio forever. And in the
event he is not on, the newsletter is the only
way to know his views. Many times Marketimer
is delivered to subscribers while Brinker is
off on vacation and not available for listeners
for two weekends. For many this can be an
eternity in volatile markets. Knowing the
Marketimer is there for you does the job. Besides,
I doubt he would do radio alone anyway.

I just listened to Bob's Saturday show, it's a shame that he feels he can't go to the Superbowl. He said he had to turn down the tickets to the game. I wish Bob would have gone if taking off as much time as he needs, lets us have a 15th year, 16th, and on and on.

Let's see, 52 weekends, 104 shows, if we get get Bob 52 times a years that alone would be great.
