Probably the most difficult requirement is finding three market makers. Given internet volatility and the market maker rules pertaining must fills on the Nasdaq, MMs have been complaining about the possibility of LARGE losses.

Along with a Nasdaq listing, I would suspect that BII is gonna have to go through another financing. Similar to an IPO, this would give the MMs an opportunity to make their money on this financing - there has to be something in it for them!

My bet would be a financing priced around $5US. Probably 10M shares or so.

Just my thoughts! I don't know anything inside, don't know if they'll ever get listed and don't guarantee that anything of this will happen!
