Hicks was forcing himself upon subordinates, Clinton was encouraged by his partner.

The public has long ago made this distinction. If it was revealed that Clinton had harassed Lewinsky, the vast majority of the people would have asked for his impeachment and removal, regardless of how good the economy was, or how high the Dow was, or how well their 401(K)'s were doing.

<<You must look to the heart of the matter in each case to see if it is bad enough for removal.>>

Yes. And the heart of this matter is lying and obstruction by some one bound to an issue of public trust when representing a legal issue. It is none of my business if he has hundreds of concubines. When he lies to my face and abuses my court system to cover his butt in the process it is my personal business not only to withdraw my support but to do everything I can to remove him from the continuing opportunity to abuse his position of trust.

If the heart of the matter for you is only his welcomed liaison with the lewinski girl then why the hell do you want to screw the legal system of American justice in the process.
