This might be old news, but some character on the Pink forum phoned NAVR's shareholders committee and got confirmation that the IPO filing is definitely within the 60 days of the announcement (dec 7). It may not be exactly on Feb 7, but will be within 60 days. He got the hint that the IPO might even be earlier.

I don't own NAVR. I like to but is a little too expensive for me, but I know a lot here do. I hope this news is helpful
