I am speculating here regarding at what level the stock price sinks the convert. Bezos could just issue an edict not to sell - how effective it would be is a question, but I bet not many would cross the boss. I guess what I'm saying is that heavy insider sales may not show up until the debt is placed. When that happens is anyone's guess, but I bet it will be damn soon. And I really don't have a good idea how many insider shares are now available to sell, and whether it would be significant enough, from a supply/demand standpoint, to effect the stock price. My guess is no.
