VVUS shareholders... I don't see much risk here buying in between 2 1/2 to 3... even if VVUS doesn't meet the earnings.. the stock is trading in a range.. i already own 1200 shares i bought at 3.. looking to pick up more before the close.. cus if the earnings are good watch out.. short covering galore... well enough said.. any opinions on the price of VVUS and earnings estimates... also when is the conference call and when will the earnings be out?? Last hour of trading should be interesting....I wonder if we will see a last hour break out to close above 3.5???....just thinking out loud.

Bear Sterns continues to manipulate Vivus as they are the only market maker sitting on the ask at 2 29/32...certainly shorting away at will.
