DCTI - For any who have missed the boat on recent movers, I believe DCTI presents a good opportunity for upwards appreciation, and soon. Their weatherlab subsidiary to be on CNET's snap.com portal, AOL & others. Netclearing division to be rolled out soon also - this will be big! DCTI will be releasing consolidated earnings with their acquisition of Books Now, should be improved. Buy low, sell high Maybe consideration for the index?
