Global Access Pagers Rescinds Phone Time Resources Merger ESCONDIDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Access Pagers Inc., a Nevada corporation (''Global'') (OTC:GAPI - news) announced a rescission of its proposed merger agreement between Phone Time Resources Inc. (''Phone Time''), a Delaware corporation and Global. The Board of Directors of the respective companies have agreed to rescind any and all agreements relating to the merger between Global and Phone Time and to restore all parties to their original status prior to the merger.
