ahhaha, What's the through put (baud) for the todays cable plant after the upgrades are in place? I'm wondering about the physical cable not the electronics.

Thanks,

Greg

Granting your Clarkeian insight into information's preference to seek small tight places instead of wander about freely on it's own, there are cables and then there are cables. I was referring to the transition from HFC to pure.

ahhaha,
Late response, I know. But with respect to competing technologies to HFC, isn't wireless broadband, in many situations, at least more flexible and more cost effective than cable?

While the conductive properties of cable are impressive, it's expensive to dig all those trenches and maintain all that plant.

As an investor in WCII, ARTT and others, am I (and others) missing the boat on this one?
