AndrewH, you are essentially correct. And it's not just semantics as terra ball would have you/us believe. He did not do a very good job explaining his position and probably never will. Mostly not because he's a bad communicator, just a common garden variety type liar. In other words he miscommunicates very well. Postulating prevaricator, muddy spin miester, lying sack of crap, and so on...

Dirtface Dunce!! You are simply too stupid to understand.

The discount to the market is not 65%. That is why it does not say that in the passage you quoted. The discount to the market is 35%. Subtract 65 from 100 and you get 35. Talk to anyone that understands math and English and they will explain it to you.

But I doubt you will be capable of understanding it.
